We offer a full A La Carte evening menu daily from 6pm. Sunday lunch from 12 noon to 6pm.

Available from 6pm to 7.15pm Sunday to Friday and 5.30pm to 6.15pm on Saturday (tables must be vacated by 7.15pm). Please call 056-7764987 to reserve your table.

We are proud to acknowledge our suppliers who provide us with the freshest, top-quality ingredients. We use free range eggs in our kitchen, and fresh local produce where possible. Sol uses only quality Irish chicken and beef.

   Seasonal soup of the evening

   Wild mushroom and truffle risotto

   Crab pasta, tomato, chilli, garlic

   Ham hock terrine, green peppercorn dressing 

   Warm smoked haddock and baby potato salad,
    
poached egg, suace Hollandaise 

   Seared chicken supreme, 
    bok choy, roast bell peppers, parsnip cream

   Chargrilled Kilkenny beef fillet 
    braised oxtail, glazed shallots, potato rosti, 
    served with a stir fry of vegetables 

    Pan-fried lamb's liver
    chorizo & red pepper mash, crisp bacon, avocado salsa 

    Fillets of hake
    wrapped in smoked ham, plum tomatoes, herb salad,
    mustard and honey dressing
